Return and refund policy
PREWARDROBE CURRENTLY DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
Only in the event that your order has been sent in error or received on the wrong item will we proceed with the return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without having previously requested a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also need time to process and post the refund.
